Welcome to The Marketing Parent!

Welcome to The Marketing Parent!

Hello everyone! Welcome to my Blog! If you’re a Stay-at-Home Parent like I am, and if you’re learning about Internet Marketing to try to stay afloat, then this is the site for you. I’ll be trying to make regular posts about my personal journey into the world of Internet Marketing, as well as how to juggle being a stay-at-home parent at the same time.

It’s a lot of fun, and extremely rewarding to be there for my Daughter every step of the way. But, as with nearly everyone else, times are tough, and staying idle is not really an option. This is the main reason I turned to Affiliate Marketing. Who wouldn’t want to be their own boss, and make their own hours? It wasn’t hard to fall in love with the potential that Internet Marketing offered.

This is a DoFollow Blog. Please don’t spam it. The system is set up to to automatically remove the NoFollow Attribute from links inside of comments larger than 170 Characters. Don’t complain, that’s only a couple of words more than a tweet. I will be personally reviewing each comment for substance and quality, so please read each post and try to leave a relevant comment. I’ll do my best to reciprocate.

Thanks for reading! I hope you learn a thing or two while you’re here! I really love feedback, so don’t hesitate to leave a comment!

An Awesome New Traffic Exchange!

banner125x125 Hey there, Friends!

If you’re any kind of fan of Traffic Exchanges, then you NEED to check this site out.

It’s one of the greatest exchanges I’ve ever surfed. The basic surfing model is relatively similar to other exchanges you may have surfed. Instead of a Turing Test, you select the thumbnail of the next page you want to view. This is great for the Sufer, and the Advertiser, because the surfer get’s to choose which site he looks at next, and the advertiser isn’t wasting credits with surfers that have already seen your site.

There is a great system for connecting to others, and building relationships, which is the back-bone of a good marketing ethos. Enter your info for various social networks, and people can connect directly to you while they surf. Connect with Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, your Blog, and more.

This is my new favorite exchange, and I really think you should check it out. After all, it’s free to join, so what have you lose?

Happy New Year!

Well, another year is over, and a new Decade begins. I’m pretty excited about the coming years. My little girl is 2 now, and growing like a weed. She’s a little chatterbox too, with a pretty astounding vocabulary. It’s really fun to watch her learn. She received some pretty cool learning toys for her Birthday and Christmas, and we’ve been having a lot of fun with those.

2009 has has some ups and downs, but I’m really more interested in remembering the ups. There were a lot of them this past year. Most notably, I’ve discovered the ACME People Search program, which launched my marketing career. I’ve been honored as a Super Sponsor in the ACME Forums for 6 straight months, I was invited to New York to attend the Affiliate Summit East Conference, and I even won a new netbook! I’m learning more and more about marketing every day, and I’m going to be working diligently towards a prosperous 2010.

I’ll be making some major changes to The Marketing Parent in the new Decade. There will be a new, easier to read theme, and I’m making a New Years Resolution to try to post more often. I’ll be holding some regular contests and giveaways to bring in more readers as well.

Thanks to everyone who visits, and reads The Marketing Parent!
I want to wish everyone a safe and happy New Year celebration, and a prosperous New Decade!

Peace!

All OPEX Paid + $100 Monthly

acme people search logo - Click to go to the ForumsYou’re hearing that right. All of your Operating Expenses Paid, plus $100 for advertising expenses, every month.

How?

Become a Super Sponsor at the ACME People Search Forums.

It’s easy. Make a minimum of 30 genuinely helpful and substantive posts in the month, and you’ll be considered. There is no limit to the number of Super Sponsors the forum can have (but there will always be a minimum standard to become one). Tissa pays all of the Super Sponsor reimbursements out of his pocket, and he doesn’t do it out of the kindness of his heart. He does it because it’s good business sense. Find the cream of the crop, the best of the best, the most capable, willing, and selfless individuals in the place, and reward them for their help.

What do you get for helping others succeed?

All of your fixed business expenses PAID, including:

On top of all of that, Tissa advertises the forums with SEO and PPC. That means exposure for your signature, and your referral link added to the Forum’s Link Rotator.
That’s $133.38 to cover your overhead, and everything you need to run a successful Internet Marketing business.

All for making 30 substantive and helpful post in the forums every month. That’s only one a day.

Want more?

How about an extra $100 Cash to advertise every month?

That’s right. Starting with the January 15th Super Sponsor Disbursement, Tissa will be including an extra $100 that you can spend however you want. Tissa includes it so that you can get a kick start on your advertising expenses, but states pretty freely that if you’re only using Free Advertising Techniques, then it’s “Beer Money”. That’s pretty awesome Tissa.

I, for one, will be striving to maintain my Super Sponsor status. Today I was chosen again for the 6th month in a row. Including this payment, I’ll have been paid $671.40 SIMPLY FOR HELPING OTHERS SUCCEED!

You, too, can become a Super Sponsor, simply by helping others succeed at the forums. Go now! Sign up and start helping people succeed! It’s Free!
